This policy is intended to outline the principles by which our pricing plans are formed and to describe the procedures we follow to receive or refund purchases.
Access to the paid tariff is provided only upon completion of the payment. The payment is considered complete when we receive the corresponding notification from the payment aggregator.
Access is terminated after the subscription expires or the number of requests provided by the subscription plan is exhausted.
The Service may also be terminated by decision of the administration for reasons including, but not limited to, service abuse, attempts to cause the Service damage and/or bypass its security mechanisms, sharing account credentials with third parties, violating the Service terms, reselling access to the Service in any form, any unlawful or shady activities, etc.
We offer two types of pricing.
On this data plan users have no time limits for using the service. However, some restrictions apply to prevent unfair use.
On monthly tariff plans, access to the service is provided only for 30 days from the date of payment. After this period, all unused requests expire.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We will however do our best to inform our users about such changes.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the provided service, please don't hesitate to request a refund by emailing support@srch.store.
Full refunds must be requested as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after payment.
Partial refunds must be requested prior to 15 days before the service subscription ends and before half of the monthly request quota is exhausted.
All refunds are processed strictly back to the original payment methods.
If your refund request gets accepted, please allow 7 business days for it to be completed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to prevent service abuse.
