These terms and conditions apply to the SRCH.STORE service (hereby referred to as "Service").
Upon using the Service, you agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Service. Unauthorized usage of the Service, or our trademarks, is prohibited. All trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of the Service provider. All trademarks, logos and copyrights of third parties appearing within the Service are the property of their respective owners.
The Service provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Service is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Service at any time and for any reason.
The Service stores and processes personal data that you have provided to it. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your access to the Service.
The Service provider cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, caused by usage of the Service.
The Service is provided in all countries without limitations.
The Service access is provided immediately upon subscription being fully paid and accepted by the payment processor. Access is terminated after the subscription expires or the number of requests provided by the subscription plan is exhausted.
The Service may also be terminated by decision of the administration for reasons including, but not limited to, service abuse, attempts to cause the Service damage and/or bypass its security mechanisms, sharing account credentials with third parties, violating the Service terms, reselling access to the Service in any form, any unlawful or shady activities, etc.
The Service only collects data necessary for it to function properly. This includes email, passwords, subscription details, etc.
The Service relies on third-party services for payment processing. We do not store or process any sensitive payment info (i.e., card numbers) on our side.
The Service relies on using Cookies to store temporary data. Cookies are data files that are placed on your device and include anonymous unique numbers to identify your browsing session.
The Service collects log files describing your activity across the Service. We use them to trace Service errors and prevent abuse.
We do not share any information connected to you except for legal reasons.
You can request to access any personal information we collected about you and to ask for it to be corrected, updated, or deleted.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the provided service, please don't hesitate to request a refund by emailing support@srch.store.
Full refunds must be requested as soon as possible but no later than 3 days after payment.
Partial refunds must be requested prior to 15 days before the service subscription ends and before half of the monthly request quota is exhausted.
All refunds are processed strictly back to the original payment methods.
If your refund request gets accepted, please allow 7 business days for it to be completed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to prevent service abuse.
The Service provider may periodically update the terms and conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
